Return Eligibility & Process

  • You may return or exchange any product purchased from Dhaani Enterprises within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at shibashorttech@gmail.com or call us on +91-8796622358. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, if the product is damaged or defective. 

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

  • Ship the product back to us at the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.

Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Cash on delivery advance amount is non refundable.

  • We shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of any item purchased if the buyer in any way tampers with the product or damages it.

  • A return will not be available if product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been dispatched to the customers, courier charges in such cases shall be applicable.

  • Damaged or Defective Products
